VolleyballMindset is a team-management app used by volleyball coaches and their players to track practice journals, self-assessments, goals, and team communication. This page explains what information the app collects and how it's used.
Accounts are created by an administrator — there is no public sign-up. We collect:
Players do not have an email or phone number on file. Both coach and player accounts are created by an administrator; coaches then manage day-to-day access for their own players, such as resetting a forgotten password.
Everything we collect is used solely to run the app's features — showing a coach their team's responses, showing a player their own history, and letting a coach manage their roster. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the app itself.
Many players using this app are minors. Player accounts are never self-registered — an administrator creates each account, and a coach or parent can request that a player's account and data be removed at any time by contacting us below.
Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, with authentication handled through Amazon Cognito.
To request access to your data, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us at the email below. For a player's account, this request can be made by their coach or parent/guardian.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
